Common Issues
- Login failed: verify your CYCU credentials and retry on a stable network.
- No data loaded: school services may be temporarily unavailable.
- Reminder not working: check iOS Settings → Notifications → iCYCU.
Data Removal
To remove locally stored credentials, use the app logout function and then uninstall iCYCU if needed.
