Common Issues

• Login failed: verify your CYCU credentials and retry on a stable network.
• No data loaded: school services may be temporarily unavailable.
• Reminder not working: check iOS Settings → Notifications → iCYCU.

Data Removal

To remove locally stored credentials, use the app logout function and then uninstall iCYCU if needed.
